We are pleased to announce that our FREE "Home Pick Up" points have been extended to cover clients living in the following postcode areas going on our holidays of 5 days or more (excluding multi coach departures e.g.: "Christmas Cup"and "Clarksons Get Together Parties").

Please note our ‘Home Pick Up’ service is free of charge and not part of your holiday contract. We reserve the right to withdraw this free service, if so you will be given the option to continue your holiday booking utilising one of our included pick up points or cancel when a compensation scale as the one contained in our brochure will take effect. This service cannot be taken in conjunction with any late or other special offer. Only one address per booking or booking form will be allowed any alterations to this will automatically cancel the service and/or render the client liable for payment of the proposed or actual service. This free service is available only to bookings made and paid in full at least 21 days prior to departure any bookings made after that time wanting home pick ups will be charged a fee of £10 per booking for that service.

ALSO HOME PICK UPS WITHIN A 15 MILE RADIUS OF OUR BASE ARE AVAILABLE AT ONLY £20 PER ADDRESS

You may be required to share your Pick Up vehicle, this will be at the discretion of Ken Clarkson Ltd only. Your Pick Up vehicle will take you to a central joining point of our choosing to join your main tour coach. Any client attempting to alter travel/pick up arrangements with the Pick Up’ service driver will automatically cancel the arrangement and render the service payable in full by that client.

On certain short breaks you will see the words central joining points. Due to the nature of these breaks and to continue to offer the value for money we are
proud of we have restricted the pickups to central points. This reduces inconvenience, cuts down time spent picking up and gets to our destination quicker.
